The Golden Jubilee Meritorious Students Award (GJMSA) for the district level is a decentralized reward system for school-aged high achievers in Arunachal Pradesh. It is organized by the District Administration and the Department of Education to motivate students in government and government-aided schools
Objectives
To recognize and reward meritorious school students in Arunachal Pradesh at the district level, thereby motivating them to achieve academic excellence and encouraging a culture of learning and healthy competition among students in government and government-aided schools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be studying in a government or government-aided school in Arunachal Pradesh.
- Must demonstrate high academic performance in board examinations.
- Student must belong to the district where the award is given.
