Eligibility Criteria
- Residency: Typically, the applicant or victim must be a permanent resident of the respective state
-Target Groups: Focus is primarily on vulnerable populations including youth, women, and students
- Condition: Individuals suffering from any form of substance dependence (alcohol, narcotics, etc.) are eligible for treatment and counseling services
