About the Scheme
Brief
The Arun MSME Mission is a state-level initiative launched by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh as part of its 2026-27 Budget. It aims to transform the state’s industrial landscape by providing structured, annual support to micro, small, and medium enterprises.
Objectives
- To provide consistent, year-on-year financial and technical assistance to local enterprises
- To strengthen the foundation for entrepreneurship and industrial development within Arunachal Pradesh
- To leverage the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative to promote indigenous products in global markets
- To create a favorable ecosystem that attracts greater investment into the state’s MSME sector
Eligibility Criteria
- Micro Enterprises: Investment in plant and machinery/equipment up to ₹1 crore and annual turnover up to ₹5 crore
- Small Enterprises: Investment up to ₹10 crore and turnover up to ₹50 crore
- Medium Enterprises: Investment up to ₹50 crore and turnover up to ₹250 crore
- Target Groups: The mission specifically targets local entrepreneurs, including first-generation business owners, women, and members of Scheduled Tribes
